The Mobile UX Designer is a key member of the User Experience Design team, responsible for applying design thinking and user-centered methodologies to deliver an end-to-end connected user experience that meets user needs and solves user problems, in line with business goals.
The UX Designer will design a user experience that is useful, usable and desirable to promote adoption of Web-based banking systems. The UX Designer will identify and satisfy the users' and business needs and goals by working collaboratively with cross functional teams, business users and stakeholders.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience across all platforms.You will work closely with the engineering team to assure the visual quality of the end product.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee product vision from a high level as well as execute designs at the finest level; produce assets throughout the design process, including initial wireframes and interactive prototypes.
The position requires a proven track record of exceptional design and UX skills, and a demonstrable expertise in content strategy, visual design, usability, and user testing and information architecture.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with designers and engineers to define interface and user requirements; develop new approaches to complex interface and UX problems, and convey these designs in the form of presentations, prototypes, and design specifications.
The Senior User Experience Designer will lead iterative design activities to deliver products and user experiences that delight our customers and end-users regardless of whether the interface is a desktop web site, native mobile application, or physical device.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, software development, visual design, branding, and business operations to establish practices for designing end-to-end experiences that are meaningful to our users and valuable to the business.
