Training of utility electricians, engineers and other personnel to implement safe procedures and perform proper operation and maintenance of electrical utility equipment. Training on topics or providing recommendations for updates to requested safety documents, references, SOP, BMS processes mainly related to topics including;
Conducts dynamic assessment of the sailors' abilities to comply with approved maintenance and operational procedures and thereafter provides formal appraisal of performance with recommendations for improvement and methods to maintain technical and tactical proficiency.
Develops; organizes; and conducts combat systems training and educational programs for Fleet sailors assigned to DDG 1000: Must be a capable of conducting conventional classroom podium teaching with passion. Desired outcome is to increase Fleet Warfare Readiness via better trained sailors.
The Trainer Provider Engagement and Performance Management (PEPM) will analyze, design, develop, deliver and evaluate training tools and information that maximizes both internal and external associates and the organizations overall effectiveness, performance, and service to multiple customers. This position is responsible for the design and training of educationally based documentation, curricula, training tools and information that enhance Provider compliance, operational improvement, performance and overall service to our members.
Responsible for evaluation and assessment of training effectiveness to ensure staff understanding and readiness. Evaluates the clinical staff skill level and competency in the delivery of the clinical programs in the health plan.
