In this position, you must have experience with business suites (e.g. Office 2010, Office 2013), electronic mail communications (e.g. Microsoft Exchange 2010 and 2013 E-mail server), and designated industry specific software (e.g. MAS90 software, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.), and LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to design, prepares and organizes technical service trainings for global field service and support personnel, subsidiaries & distribution partners.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide customers with service and product troubleshooting via telephone and email. Troubleshooting includes Clinical Diagnostics and Blood Screening products.
