The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for executing strategic business goals while collaborating with engineering and program management in order to meet customer and program commitments.
The Sr. Supervisor, Manufacturing will manage manufacturing for stents on 2nd shift, with direct supervision of 90 employees. Responsibilities include effective planning, organization, and supervision of the manufacturing process to maximize productivity.
Plans, implements, coordinates and manages all mechanical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and manpower development programs for a facility, campus or portfolio of buildings.
In this role, you will provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.
Manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment.
Provides oversight for routine histology functions inclusive of processing, embedding, microtomy, and staining; monitors test analysis and specimen examination to ensure acceptable levels of analytic performance are maintained.
This position will provide quality, clinical supervision and work directions to program managers and interventionists providing discipline-specific treatment for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
