Provide project support to develop and publish targeted communications related to the products and services provided in the Resource & Support Services group,provide task support to the Business Unit Support network-PMs, and partner with IT leadership to increase employee engagement with leadership while focusing on enhancing the work environment.
Provide technical and analytical data support to the Customer Advocacy Analytics team with the overall mission of providing data necessary for conducting complaint trending and analysis necessary to meet our quality objectives. This information is integrated into recurring management reviews and analytical dashboards for effective communication and action.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting analysis of complex business initiatives and regulatory requirements for residential mortgage lending; support projects, programs and initiatives through planning and executing technology implementations or integrations, acceptance testing and business requirements analysis.
Analyzes and evaluates various types of data related to sales, marketing, and operations to generate reports, ROI analyses, financial models, valuations, and identify potential new business opportunities and strategies for the Companys various business lines.
Solve organizational problems via requirements by eliciting, documenting and analyzing user needs, current and future state process flow, use cases, test cases, etc. Consistently and constructively solicit, clarify and acknowledge individual perspectives, feedback and opinions with open-mindedness and flexibility.
The Business Analyst effectively facilitates the gathering, analysis, prioritization and categorization of complex business requirements in the revenue business lines s/he supports; leads and directs business teams in medium to large projects creating new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions.
Responsible for extracting all data and creating standard reports for Client Services team and providing end to end revenue cycle management support to performance trends ( denials, edits, claim submissions, bank reconciliation ).
