Perform support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication and administration of sales compensation or incentive programs, and plans. Analyze compensation information, determine trends and communicate findings to Commercial Leadership.

Analyzes and evaluates various types of data related to sales, marketing, and operations to generate reports, ROI analyses, financial models, valuations, and identify potential new business opportunities and strategies for the Company's various business lines.
Support the Private Client Services (PCS) business which provides personalized, full-service wealth management solutions. This role is responsible for providing superior and timely customized recurring reports to help PCS senior management identify business results in support of the PCS sales compensation program.
