The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate children, and will develop and monitor individualized goals and plans according to treatment plan; Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists and behavioral analysts within the therapy center.
Provides, directs and supervises all aspects of quality patient care, including but not limited to; screening, evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation, in order to assure the best outcome for the patient.
In this role, you will be responsible for the diagnostic, evaluative, and therapeutic procedures for the treatment of those disabled by illness or injury when prescribed by a licensed physician.Provides speech and language treatments to patients.
In this role, you will conduct appropriate evaluations, assesses home environment (as appropriate), and identifies equipment needs relative to speech/language function. Identifies functional speech defects and establishes a plan of care to improve patients function.
