As an Reliability Engineer you understand the importance of reviewing customer requirements, planning, and executing reliability related tasks including product life assessment and reliability analysis, FMEA and Test Planning activities.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in executing process validation, transfer of products from r&d into manufacturing, and working on multidisciplinary teams that include all functions in the manufacturing environment.
This position works under general direction with limited review, supporting technical maintenance operations to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations within company.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure teams identify and execute key pre-verification characterization testing and review activities necessary for product improvement and robustness enhancement.
In this role, the successful candidate will provide technical resources and methods to teams implementing design for reliability, and manufacturing (example: HALT chamber, robots, test selection, external labs, etc).
The Reliability Engineer within an Aseptic and Extended Shelf Life food plant is responsible for creating and driving a culture of reliability. This includes but is not limited to reliability tool and process training development, root cause analysis, unplanned loss elimination, processor technical excellence, project leadership, and maintenance productivity execution. In addition, this person works on improving existing operations as well as deployment of capital for plant and/or innovation activities.
