The position performs technical reconciliations between CMS and Covered CA; consults with users and external vendors to gather reporting requirements to design, develop, code, test, debug, train and document programs and procedures supported by the data bases.
This position is responsible for the quality control protocols related to the database systems to ensure accurate processing and appropriate use of the data. Coordinates with financial management the development of database strategies to support the company/department month end reports and reporting tools.
Participate in the development and establishment of enterprise standards, guidelines, tools and processes in order to ensure consistency across development projects, mitigate risk and protect the integrity of the computing environment.
The position is responsible for providing assistance to first level support as well as direct support to the user community; responsible for helping coordinate the efforts of third-party consultants to deliver issue resolution, enhancements and new functionality.
Analyzes user needs, designs technical solutions including adding new functionality, customization, personalization and system integration and reporting. Validates functional deliverables, coordinates between functional Consultants, Technical Developers and end users.
Develop expert knowledge of computer languages, coding methods and operating system requirements used in the organizations IT environment; acts as resource to others inside and outside of department in analyzing systems solutions and forecasting future initiatives.
