In this role, the selected candidate will maintain excellent relationships, work collaboratively and engage in regular communication with the GC, other AGCs, the Legal Departments other attorneys, paralegals, executive coordinators and other non-attorney staff.
In this role, the selected candidate consults with and renders opinions to members of the Claims Department regarding insurance policy questions and questions concerning the legal aspects of the handling of personal injury claims.
The Senior Counsel will be responsible for providing legal support on a wide variety of transactional matters including acting as primary in-house attorney for the structuring, negotiation, drafting, and implementation of complex LNG sales transactions and other LNG development activities, and supporting other in-house attorneys in the legal work for the development of major LNG or midstream infrastructure projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, revising, drafting, negotiating and advising on sophisticated and complex contracts, such as collaboration and partnering agreements, development agreements, key supply and services agreements, technology agreements, and co-marketing agreements.
Provides internal and external training, seminars and legal updates to insured clients and claim partners. Provides in-depth, substantive analysis and quality reporting to insured clients and claim partners in a timely manner.
Assures compliance in transactional activity and affiliations with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, federal and state fraud and abuse laws, antitrust laws, laws governing tax-exempt organizations and bonds, and others.
In this role, the selected candidate communicates with and regularly updates the client and claims personnel regarding the status of pending matters. Communicates with opposing counsel, the courts and others as needed.
In this role you will be involved in the legal aspects of feature film development, production, and distribution, negotiate and draft a wide range of agreements for motion picture, above and below-the-line talent and other production related agreements.
In this role, the selected candidate actively participates in providing regular and timely legal information as a continuing educational resource for ministries, including development of presentation materials, delivery of presentations, and development of written summaries regarding labor and employment regulatory/legal changes affecting employers.
