In this position, you'll identify and cultivate new prospects from small to major accounts in your geographic territory, strategically collaborate with internal partners to cross-sell into existing accounts and effectively close sales for ADP TotalSource, the largest Professional Employer Organization (PEO) in the U.S. and the business unit with 5 years of double digit growth.
In this role, the selected candidate will consult clients promoting & demonstrating new industry identity opportunities, products & services, support other departments, work collaboratively to identify growth prospects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for respond to general customer inquiries, invoice questions, process returns/credit/reship, customer disputes and process orders. They are responsible for maximizing all potential sales opportunities and driving down returns while providing a high quality of service to customers.
This position is responsible for maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, appointments, closed sales, and follow-up activity within assigned territory using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool
In this role, the selected candidate will develop rapport and evaluate the business owner/decision makers Human Capital Management needs, determining which products are appropriate and referring to internal partners as needed.
