In this role, you will be responsible for
preliminary scoping, evaluation, and feasibility assessment. Select and facilitate project team(s) to ensure effective cost management, resourcing capacity, and work efficiency.
The Sales Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of Americas Sales Operations, and will lead a team of Sales Specialists in support of explosive sales growth and a quickly expanding sales force.
The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable coaching and motivating team members on a day to day basis, speaking with prospects, escalating prospect inquiries, analyzing performance, and training new representatives.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee and creates regular and ad-hoc reporting to analyze activity by customer, product, channel, and program; provide recommendations to senior management based on an analysis of sales information.
In this role, you will maintain direct personal contact with all assigned VZWIreless Stores, VZTelecom Sales Vendors and their teams. He / she will also respond in a timely manner (12 hours or less) to all requests for support and or training.
