provide customer support to our dynamic sales organization. Serving those from distributors, manufacturer reps, to end user customers with quotation preparation, and follow through from order inception to delivery.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage online advertising campaigns using Google DFP, Triton TAP and AdsWizz ad serving platforms; implement rich media, third party tags, and utilize some HTML for more complex campaigns.
In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and developing relationships with internal and external clients; responding to time - sensitive responses for proposals and statements of qualifications.
The ACE is responsible for coordinating the details involved in maintaining client relationships, financial management, presentation development, and record keeping; as related to the planning and executing of B2B and B2C events.
In this role, the selected candidate will represent the executives by reviewing correspondence; arranging company meals, company events, holiday party and other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to the executives; arrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.
In this role, you will assist in the tactical aspects of event management to ensure all events are documented, training materials are organized and up to date, and constantly striving to refine event processes if and when needed.
