As a Project Safety Manager, you will be responsible for working with the project team to implement the company safety and health program; responsibilities will include conducting and developing training, participating in meetings, and developing site specific policies as needed.
In this role, you will assists the divisions with federal and state OSHA, EPA & DOT audits, inspections and inquiries, in compliance with established US Foods policies and practices. Communicate with the Legal and Risk departments to develop strategic plans to address issues and findings.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to regulatory submissions (INDs, SPAs, IBs, etc); liaising with CROs to request bids/proposals to conduct nonclinical toxicology studies.

In this role, you will manage the creation and maintenance of standards, programs and manuals as necessary to ensure effective implementation of assigned safety programs. Ensure that these documents are established in collaboration with safety congresses and approved by the senior safety council.
