In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate processing of all documentation and develops tracking mechanisms for pending referrals, assignments to rehab staff & patients transferred to facility still on service.

The Registered Nurse - RN will work with 5 Oncologists. Responsibilities include: IV hydration, Access Ports and PICC lines for draws and flushing, administer injections for Oncology patients, follow up calls to high-risk patients.
The selected candidate will provides safe and effective delivery of home dialysis training and education to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) who have selected a home modality as a dialysis therapy.
