This individual will assess patient and document findings, administer medications, as well as assess and address patient/family educational needs regarding end-stage renal disease, dialysis therapy, diet and medications.
In this role, you will be under the direction of the RN Nursing Supervisor, Resident Care Director, the Registered Nurse (RN) delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
In this role, the selected candidate selects and administers the appropriate care taking into consideration the age and developmental level and size of the patient; provides a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing. Should be able to identify own limitations and seek resources as needed.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a registered nurse, conducts patient assessments, participates in the development of the plan of care, implements and evaluates care according to patient specific age and/or developmental needs.
In this role, the selected candidate performs initial assessment appropriate to the patient's clinical presentation/diagnosis, care setting, age development level, and cultural and religious orientation in a timely manner.
Registered Nurse (PD RN), you educate your patients on how to do their own dialysis from their homes, and you take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their treatment stays on track.
In this role, you provides safe, effective delivery of patient care in compliance with standards outlined in the facility procedure manual, as well as regulations set forth by the company, state, and federal agencies.
