In this role, you will be responsible for patient care by performing nursing assessments and collaborating with the nursing team and other disciplines, residents and families to develop effective service plans.
In this role, you will provide direct patient care within the scope of his/her practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

The Registered Nurse - RN will work with 5 Oncologists. Responsibilities include: IV hydration, Access Ports and PICC lines for draws and flushing, administer injections for Oncology patients, follow up calls to high-risk patients.
