The Recruiting Manager will create and execute email campaigns for the purposes of business development & recruitment. The Recruiting Manager will provide customer service & counsel clients on strategy to attract & on-board talent.

The Recruiting Manager will market the services of Robert Half Technology to commercial clients in an effort to generate new business through cross-leveraging existing relationships, cold-calling, calling on leads and job postings, attending networking groups, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will advise management on compensation issues, responding to ad hoc requests to analyze and make recommendations on compensation based on market data and internal peer groups.
