In this role, you will be responsible to develop a consistent and creative flow of well-negotiated area/site specific sourcing options. Work closely with hiring managers and trainers to ensure corporate and site sales hiring processes are being followed and that appropriate candidate profiles are being identified.
In this role, the selected candidate will advise management on compensation issues, responding to ad hoc requests to analyze and make recommendations on compensation based on market data and internal peer groups.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing vendor selection and relationships to ensure fulfillment of service level agreements; leading the day to day activities of the recruiting team.
