Assist acquisition/disposition team, as necessary, with site related issues, including: land title survey coordination and review; site development or zoning issues review (if any); environmental consultant coordination.
In this role, you will assist with preparation of annual reports to investors, including compiling occupancy and debt service data related to the properties in each investment, and tracking new or outstanding operating deficit loans funded to any of those properties.
The Real Estate Loan Officer is also responsible for developing business checking and deposit relationships with customers; and promote business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
The ideal Real Estate Paralegal will have experience (in-house or law firm) handling commercial and/or residential real estate transactions; due diligence, title & survey and closing binders. This Real Estate Paralegal should be motivated and work well as part of a team.
The Coordinator will handle responsibilities related to processing invoices for payment, tracking invoice payments and month end close responsibilities, which includes accruals, reclass journal entries, reporting and Pcard Statement Reconciliation.
