Follows industry best practices for developing and maintaining logically linked horizontally and vertically integrated network schedules (Integrated Master Schedules) implementing critical path methodology (CPM), and performing schedule health assessments.
Perform as a task specialist on a small project team maintain responsibility for technical activities and analyses. Provide analytical support to the project manager, but is not ultimately responsible for managing the project. Work with other team members on the project.
This position supports the Comms IPT with equipment procurement, confirms material supply and demands, manages purchase requests for the production or purchase of components or parts based on engineering production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements.
The Business Project Analyst supports the Project Management Office by assisting in gathering business requirements, preparing documentation, developing project plans, and monitoring progress. The Business Analyst will assist and/or lead small to medium sized moderately complex projects, crossing multiple business units, with a shorter timeline.
Lead detailed technical WBS definition, cost, and technical schedule creation o Manage day to day technical aspects of the project, including cross-functional decision making, task/schedule management, issue resolution/escalation, communication, requirements management, and risk management activities.
The candidate should possess the ability to provide in house and third party reviews at a jurisdictional level. He/she must be familiar with field conditions and able to participate and/or lead facility assessment teams.
