The Sales Project Managers responsibilities will include managing functional areas in meeting key project initiatives. The work will be accomplished through initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing business initiatives as outline in the scope of the project.
Manage team responsible for several process improvement projects and/or activities, overall responsibility for ensuring project implementation and/or support within scope of responsibility, to include activities such as process flow definition, operational readiness support, process documentation, communication, and/or project management.
The Program Manager of Patient Safety is devoted to leading, identifying, planning for, and executing system wide improvements that build the foundation for a culture that is dedicated to patient safety.
Under direction, provides professional and project management expertise in the direction of highly unconventional projects requiring multiple technical units and/or subcontractors, heavy regulatory agency involvement or extremely complex technical requirements.
Work closely with Foreman, Detailers, Estimators, and Purchasers to ensure delivery on projects; manage medium and large HVAC/Plumbing Projects, which includes: schedule, budget, code requirements, and change-orders.
Provides project management expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques.
Responsible for managing vendor deliverables to schedule while also uncovering and clearing obstacles that jeopardize schedule. Collaborate with Management, Vendors, Budget, CM, PE, Environmental, Client and Technical teams to ensure project sensitive information is strategically accounted for in project plans and schedule. Serve as Real Estate Lead / Site Development Lead for Project Team.
Leads the team to prepare for Phase Gate and other Go/No-Go decisions by executive leadership, ensuring that decisions are informed by a balanced and clearly articulated representation of the relevant data.
Coordinate andoversee Field Observation staff, ensure that all training is current and thatall established process and procedures are adhered. Monitor and controlfield reporting, and review draft documents performed by field staff.
