The Software Engineer I, Support Services will provide technical support via phone and email for Mirths rapidly expanding Healthcare Information Exchange (HIE) customer base. This key resource will be responsible for all aspects of support for the Mirth HIE Suite of products and will act as the primary contact for Mirth Support.
This position is for an individual who has experience in applying software static or dynamic analysis tools (such as Klocwork, Coverity, LLVM sanitizers and popular fuzzing tools) to large code base for vulnerability detection.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a very good analytical ability to pick up the knowledge of Production systems in a short span of time; good experience in desktop support and application support.
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical performance of the station facilities equipment at the DSN complexes, this includes the maintenance of all equipment in compliance with currently applicable standards and regulations.

The Productivity Engineer is responsible for the development, implementation, documentation, and support of the engineered production standards as well as the development and implementation of best-method practices in a high volume distribution and logistics operation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the SQL based Production Recording and the Labor Management System, along with developing and executing queries used in engineering analysis.
In this role, the successful candidate will work with network staff to support corporate network and Internet Infrastructure; resolve technical failures in a timely manner, track issues, escalations, resolution and closure of IT tickets.
The DSN Power Operations Engineer shall lead in the resolution of technical power system problems and the implementation of corrections, including analysis of equipment performance, life cycle costing, equipment replacement and identification of spare parts
In this role, the selected candidate will examine parts/components to ascertain purpose, cost and value by utilizing knowledge of product design, development and cost engineering. Integrate budgetary considerations into evaluations.
