The candidate must have a proven record of innovation for both posing and solving complex sensor signal processing, detection, estimation, and tracking related problems. Signal processing methods, techniques, and algorithms are typically evaluated through simulation and analysis of synthetic or real data.
Support production, laboratory and maintenance to develop, implement and achieve operations critical success factors; contribute and support all areas in regards to equipment and process upgrades, and new installations in an effort to manufacture optimal quality films and compounds.
Evaluate process parameters such as: Drying time and temperature; Heating and cooling rates; Component mixing order, speed, and time; Addition rate for solvents, excipients, granulating agents, API, etc.; Filter size (liquids) and screen size (solids).
