In this role, the selected candidate provides engineering support for refinerys process safety program to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Provides technical guidance/assistance with hazard identification, risk assessment and development and implementation of risk mitigation solutions.
The Process Engineer is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of chemical processes used to produce printed circuit boards. This includes application engineering of processes developed by suppliers that are planned for use at TTM, installation of these processes and or equipment, establishment of operating conditions to produce TTM product, daily monitoring of process conditions, and performing failure mode effect analysis to determine failure points of the process.
In this role, you will lead process technical assessments and scale-up tests at manufacturing locations, data collection/analysis and timely communication of trip reports highlighting results and key next steps.
The Lean Process Engineer will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives across all functions of the organization, focusing on improving operational excellence and clarity in internal business processes.
The Process Engineer designs, plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing process improvements in industrial plant. Works with R&D on new product launches and ensures test methods and process capabilities for products meet design requirements.
The primary focus of the Manufacturing Engineering position is oversight of and ultimate responsibility for manufacturing capability, continuity, and improvement in production lines (incl. processes, new products, capital expenditures, cost saving measures).
