Responsibilities for modeling and simulation of GPS based Navigation Systems Signal Processing Engineering. Responsible for algorithm development, modeling, system simulation, implementation and verification with emphasis on military GPS receivers.
Lead mechanical design efforts on a range of waste water infrastructure projects, including preparation of planning studies, field conditions assessments, preliminary design, final design, and office and field services during construction.
Ensure R&D processes are characterized and scaled up utilizing new technologies. Additionally, you will ensure processes reflect standard work, and are capable and compliant with Quality and Regulatory requirements, and validated for manufacturing using Lean/Demand Flow Technology, Six Sigma, Design for Manufacturing and Design for Cost methodologies.
As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will work with a team of hardware and software engineers to sustain and redesign diagnostic medical equipment which is used to analyze respiratory effectiveness in patients.
The position is in a small, fast-paced, low-structured team in Edwards' Advanced Technologies Division and the individual who fills it will play a pivotal role in the investigation, identification, conceptualization, design, prototyping and testing of implantable devices and catheter delivery systems from needs identification through proof-of-concept.
