This position will be responsible for driving new business through local mid-market customers (Business to Business). As the Business Development Representative (BDR) this position is responsible for closing deals, generating pipeline and identifying prospects through cold calling, on the phone, in person, and through email.
The Professional Sales Representatives (PSR) is engaging Health Care Professionals (HCP'S) in face to face discussions to promote assigned client product(s), maximize the product(s)' selling potential and meet program and Client objectives.
The selected candidate will be responsible for respond to general customer inquiries, invoice questions, process returns/credit/reship, customer disputes and process orders. They are responsible for maximizing all potential sales opportunities and driving down returns while providing a high quality of service to customers.
In this role, the selected candidate will be answering inbound calls and occasionally making outbound calls to answer questions, identify, research, and resolve customer issues utilizing computer systems; recognizing, documenting and alerting supervisor of trends in customer calls.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop rapport and evaluate the business owner/decision makers Human Capital Management needs, determining which products are appropriate and referring to internal partners as needed.
The selected candidate must have advanced communication skills and demonstrated experience presenting to large groups; proficiency with MS Office products and the ability/desire to be an influencer are also essential.
