Work closely on collaborative projects amongst medical affairs and other department for planning and execution of medical affairs studies, conference planning, advisory boards, publication planning, field force training, and review of standard response letters, HEOR analysis, and marketing initiatives.
The Senior Medical Director would responsible for serving as the primary liaison between administration and medical staff. IN addition, a placed candidate will assure the ongoing development and implementation of policies and procedures to guide and support the medical staff
Responsibilities include: Plant Operations, Bio-Medical Services, Environmental Services, Food and Nutrition, Grounds, Security/PBX, Safety, Construction and Hazardous Material/Waste Management. No Patient Health Information access required.
Conduct coverage review based on individual member plan documents, and national and proprietary coverage review guidelines, render coverage determinations, and discuss with requesting providers as needed in peer-to-peer telephone calls.
The Senior Director, Medical Affairs Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT), will be responsible for the development of clinical trial strategy and design, and medical affairs strategy in alignment with the TMTT business strategy.
Collaborate with Senior Clinical Leadership to develop and implement required reporting, and analytics including measurements of outcomes necessary for efficient management of clinical services, and to support, guide and influence related decision making related to clinical programs, initiatives and strategy.
