As a design verification engineer you will work with a fast paced Integrated Wireless Technology (IEEE 802.11x, BT, FM and NFC) team with various wireless technologies, embedded into an ARM based SOC infrastructure.
The RF/Microwave Engineer can perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for RF/Microwave Products & RF System Architecture Design and Development activities.
The successful applicant will become part of a small, diverse team of system developers tasked with creating next generational Avionics, Communications, and embedded system capabilities and providing technical support to existing, fielded systems.
Attend events, job sites, and meet closely with: Owners, clients, architects, and other disciplines; research and review best Electrical Design layouts and codes with licensed professional Electrical Engineer.
Represent Manufacturing Engineering Department and participate in Design Reviews, Concurrent Engineering, Design for Cost and Design for Manufacturability programs in conjunction with the Design Engineering staff.
The Design-Tooling Engineer will help design both build to print parts and build to spec parts. He or she will design tooling, fixtures and jigs to help build, assemble, and test the parts. He or she will interact with the fabrication shop personnel, as well as with customers and vendors to get the job done.
Responsible for working with customers to which we deliver core IP to help them verify the integration of the processor core in larger components of an SOC Responsible for maintaining a current knowledge of industry trends and activities, and taking the steps necessary to make sure that is on the leading edge of the technology.
