Oversee coaching, provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations matters; partner with the leadership team and managing employee relations, contributing to overall employee engagement.
The HRM advises employees and leaders regarding policies and procedures, relevant laws and regulations, and makes or recommends appropriate decisions with regard to human resources matters in such areas as employee relations.
The primary focus will be ongoing management and maintenance of our HRIS system, assuring integrity and compliance with HR and colleague
data as well as coordinating the daily/monthly activities of benefit processing (enrollments, terminations, plan/beneficiary changes, claim processing, etc.).
Counsel managers on how to constructively engage employees to resolve employee relations issues. Review and edit written documentation to address corrective action requirements. Moderate escalated employee/ manager situations and participate in final warning meetings. Engage corporate legal counsel when situations suggest legal risk.
This position is responsible for providing Human Resources support for the regional team and store management for multiple retail locations. Scope will include: performance management, positive associate relations, talent development, recruitment and retention strategies, policy and procedure support, and strategic human resources planning.
This individual will be responsible for leading human resource initiatives and promoting a high-performance environment, including leadership effectiveness, staffing and sourcing, talent development, performance programs, compensation, policy compliance, employee relations, and communications.
Develop, shape and strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement through innovative Human Resources programs in the areas of employee relations, recruiting, wage and salary administration, and training and development.
The Unit Human Resources Manager will also ensure that all employees working are being treated fairly and correctly under the federal and state guidelines that have been set and that all employees have been trained properly according to corporate, state and federal guideline.
Provide in-depth analysis and evaluation on project timelines with multiple factors such as scope, schedule and resources with knowledge of the HR organizational objectives and competing projects and programs. Assess top-level program activities across multiple work-streams and teams.
Manage all core HR processes and tools including labor requirements, training needs, and strategies to reduce employee turnover and improve the employee experience; and supporting ongoing business needs for the HR team.
Lead HR analytics projects including defining key metrics to develop executive dashboards and providing interpretation/analysis on talent data. Design graphics and reports that clearly communicate key insights drawn from data.
