This position reports to the Sr. Director of Corporate Human Resources and will be responsible for enforcing business objectives, strategies, plans, policies, and programs for various corporate client group(s).
In this role, you will be responsible for talent identification and development, organizational development ( OD ), leadership coaching, performance management, employee relations, compensation, reward and recognition, succession planning, organization and staff development, leadership / bench strength development, staffing, etc.
In this role, you will responsible for insuring the accuracy and consistency of data transfers into that HRIS. The HR Systems and Benefits Administrator will also be responsible for data entry, maintenance, and reliability of HR data and benefits administration.
The HR manager will be responsible to oversee the day to day operation of the LA office e.g.: sourcing, hiring, recruiting, onboarding, coordination of benefits, payroll, day to day administration request (PTO, Comp Days, Sick days, etc.).
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of Human Resources functions that includes strategic business partnerships, talent development, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
In this role, you will ensure alignment of HR processes i.e., Human Resources Review (HRR), Performance Management and Development (PMD), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), etc. with strategic and operating goals.
In this role, you will ensures that projects meet quality, schedule, milestone, and budget commitments; provide leadership surrounding issue identification and resolution; acts as point of contact for escalation of project issues and resolves project conflict.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and drive HR strategies and agendas that support the business needs/priorities of the Company e.g., assessment, coaching, strategizing, driving change, retention, staffing, and development.
In this role, the selected candidate executes against department goals, objectives and systems; analyze trends and metrics in partnership with Operational partners to develop solutions, programs and policies.
In this role, you will manage and lead so that human resources policies, procedures, and programs are consistently administered and enforced in line with the company's goals, compliance with various professional standards and any state or federal regulations.
