Lead all aspects of program management, marketing, and communication efforts as it relates to Edwards University and its educational partnerships (e.g., identifying external keynote/business speakers, third party content vendors or University partners, and coordinating select internal course offerings, ongoing promotion). Responsible for the strategic roadmap and future state vision of HR web presence (e.g., MyHR and EdwardsU).
Lead HR analytics projects including defining key metrics to develop executive dashboards and providing interpretation/analysis on talent data. Design graphics and reports that clearly communicate key insights drawn from data.
This position is responsible for providing Human Resources support for the regional team and store management for multiple retail locations. Scope will include: performance management, positive associate relations, talent development, recruitment and retention strategies, policy and procedure support, and strategic human resources planning.
Counsel managers on how to constructively engage employees to resolve employee relations issues. Review and edit written documentation to address corrective action requirements. Moderate escalated employee/ manager situations and participate in final warning meetings. Engage corporate legal counsel when situations suggest legal risk.
Partnering with business leaders to gain an understanding of the business objectives, you will provide guidance and expertise in the areas of organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and performance management.
Provide in-depth analysis and evaluation on project timelines with multiple factors such as scope, schedule and resources with knowledge of the HR organizational objectives and competing projects and programs. Assess top-level program activities across multiple work-streams and teams.
Develop, shape and strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement through innovative Human Resources programs in the areas of employee relations, recruiting, wage and salary administration, and training and development.
The Unit Human Resources Manager will also ensure that all employees working are being treated fairly and correctly under the federal and state guidelines that have been set and that all employees have been trained properly according to corporate, state and federal guideline.
The primary focus will be ongoing management and maintenance of our HRIS system, assuring integrity and compliance with HR and colleague
data as well as coordinating the daily/monthly activities of benefit processing (enrollments, terminations, plan/beneficiary changes, claim processing, etc.).
The HRM advises employees and leaders regarding policies and procedures, relevant laws and regulations, and makes or recommends appropriate decisions with regard to human resources matters in such areas as employee relations.
Oversees and advises team of Workday super-users that review and troubleshoots daily issues and action items within Workday; must be able to jump in to troubleshoot, identify system issues and execute plan to resolve them; monitor team productivity and tickets closed in 'MyService' portal to ensure best service and meeting/exceeding standards set in Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
