The Certified Nurse Practitioner is a member of the Heart Transplant team and provides advanced nursing care across the continuum of acute and chronic care services to patients in the Heart Transplant Program.
In this role, you will assesses patient needs, plans and delivers expert nursing care to selected groups of patients. educates the patient/family about procedure. Pre/post procedure instructions given based on age and understanding of the patient/family. Understanding is verified.
