The Facilities Engineer oversees the day-to-day activities of the Plant Engineering (PE) function. He/She is responsible for cross functional interaction, process engineering, and overseeing and managing projects to ensure on time, on budget, and quality completion.
The Facilities Team Manager (Senior Facility Manager) is responsible for the direct management of their assigned collection of properties together with leadership and oversight of a Facility Management team within their assigned Bank of America portfolio and in conjunction with approved processes and procedures in accordance with the requirements of all local, state and faderal mandates.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the facility maintenance and day to day facility operations utilizing the CMMS maintenance system along with the inbox ensuring service levels are being met.
Ensure construction projects are completed to support programs and continuous operations of company facilities, including buildings, utility systems, for both owned and leased buildings. Interface with landlord on leased assets.
Coordinate and manage emergency, scheduled and special repairs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, glass and carpentry repairs, in addition to any other needed facility related items at each location in the assigned region.
Responsible for minimizing the utility utilization at the center level, including electricity, natural gas, water, sewer, steam, and other externally-provided resources which are critical to the operation of the center in a way that doesnt compromise the other operational goals of the company.
