Utilizing candidate management/tracking systems and other online talent acquisition and sourcing tools; provide training, knowledge sharing, coaching and mentoring as a talent acquisition subject matter expert.
Responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance/processing/tracking and/or attendance/facilitation of the following Recruitment and Retention related processes in partnership with applicable management team members, HR Generalist, and HR Director, as deemed necessary.
Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process. Partner with hiring manager and interview teams to ensure job requirements are clearly understood.
Promote and conduct indirect sourcing strategies both internally and externally through the full range of sourcing channels, including social media, networking, research, referrals, internal mobility (internals first), company website, on-line job boards and web based search engines.
You will be responsible for understanding the potential within your defined territory or target market and will be required to strategically build out a prospect pipeline through independent prospecting methods.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to master both current competencies and identify process improvements; proficient with Microsoft products, Internet Job Boards and internet and social media recruiting.
Responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process. Identify and recruit the best applicants for open vacancies by reviewing resumes/applications, assessing the knowledge, skills and experience of candidates, prescreening interviews, conducting background and reference checks, offers/rejections and processing new hire paperwork/on-boarding processes.
