The Engineering Program/Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of programs and/or projects consisting of single or multiple projects and/or programs. Works within the constraints of budget, schedule, and scope, while managing risk, and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.
Manage multiple projects across several departments while influencing project decisions in coordination with Medical Affairs, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing and Logistics timelines.
Prepare, analyze, and evaluate technical governance policy and processes for developing systems related to US Navy Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I). Participate in engineering technical program management support to the Navy client, requiring technical review of acquisition documentation and coordinating across multiple program offices and acquisition organizations.
The Facilities Engineer oversees the day-to-day activities of the Plant Engineering (PE) function. He/She is responsible for cross functional interaction, process engineering, and overseeing and managing projects to ensure on time, on budget, and quality completion.
