The Regional Sales Director leads and directs a team of District Sales Managers and Sales Consultants within a defined geography. Participates in, provides feedback on and develops recommendations that support the growth of the team, customers and market and ensures the advancement of Luxotticas core business objectives in the Independent COT.
Managing full sales process lifecycle, including identifying and initiating new sales opportunities, understanding account requirements, conveying and demonstrating product capabilities, facilitating and owning deep dive product capability Q&A sessions, managing objections, and negotiating contracts.
The preparation and review of timely and accurate external financial information of quarterly and annual filings including quarterly lender financial reporting, lender presentations, certificate of compliance and any information needed for lenders.

Acts as liaison between department management/subordinate levels, as well as executive/department manager levels to inform personnel of communications, decisions, policies and all matters that affect their performance, attitudes and results.
