The selected candidate will provides safe and effective delivery of home dialysis training and education to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) who have selected a home modality as a dialysis therapy.
In this role, the selected candidate reports adverse patient events at home or in the clinic, as well as equipment and technology related problems to the Clinical Manager/Home Therapy Program Manager, and physician including the correct documentation of such events.
In this role, you will develop and maintain effective relationships through effective and timely communication. Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
This individual will ensure that all programs for new-employee orientation, preceptor training, our Annual In-service Marathon (AIM) Day nurses technical training, clinical services, and UltraCare®quality initiatives comply with FMS standards.
In this role, you will educate your patients on how to do their own dialysis from their homes, and you take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their treatment stays on track.
In this role, the selected candidate will
provide the highest level of care across one or more of our hospital units and ensure your patients' safety, comfort, and well-being with a patient to nurse ratio typically not more than 2:1.
