Develops, documents and executes business and technology plans. Develops contractual processes. Prepares and executes contractual documents with internal/external customers. Executes the contract processes, including the analysis, extraction and recording of contractual data into business systems. Researches and make recommendations on proposal and contract language.
This position will require participation in proposal preparation (review, analysis, interpretation & contractual advice on terms & conditions), contract negotiations, contract administration, review and approval of contractual documentation to protect the company and provide for proper contract acquisition in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract as well as in accordance with company policies and procedures, and interface with both internal and external customers to ensure proper contract execution.
The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing large performance improvement projects, including but not limited to standardization and cost reduction efforts, from the inception of strategic contracting to the completion of the project by working closely with clinicians, finance, biomed, logistics, consultants and others to ensure coordination and support for such projects.
