Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
Supporting the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, playbooks, contract templates, and legal processes. Assisting in the establishment and roll-out of company-wide policies with respect to programs, compliance, privacy, corporate, employment, security and intellectual property matters.
The Physician Contract Specialist is responsible for designing, facilitating, executing and leading all transactional elements of Hoag physician contracts, including drafting, reviewing, monitoring, and tracking in the database for timeliness of renewals and or terminations.
In this role you will develop contract strategies to incentivize industry performance; conduct market research; acquisition planning; cost and price analysis, solicitation and selection of sources; and perform all phases of contract administration.
In this role you will assist managing existing contracts, to include preparation of Procurement Requests in Navy ERP, Modification Requests, Technical Direction Letters, and other Government deliverables.
Provide on-going guidance to the business teams regarding negotiated contractual provisions, rights and obligations, agreed milestones, and delivery and payment schedules, and provide best course of action to ensure contract compliance.
