In this role, you will be responsible for the profit and loss on the project along with the day to day management and execution of the work. Responsibilities of this dynamic role also include estimating, staff development, subcontract administration, and field activities.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage subcontractors; lead pre-construction and project coordination meetings; develop market research; develop estimates; conduct price negotiations; oversee schedule and budgets; provide best practice recommendations; and provide technical guidance.
In this role you manage all on-site field construction activities associated with the completion of a large project. (Typically a project having 2 to 5 million construction man hours or a total installed cost of $100 to $150 million.)
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain a clean and organized community to include- but not limited to- homes under construction, finished inventory homes, model homes, empty lots, common areas, and construction office.
