The Major Business Development Manager Cleaning, Breakroom & Facilities Solutions (CBFS) sales position solicits, sells, implements and expands potential new CBFS opportunities in close coordination with the assigned general line sales representative.
Qualify and scope IT technology products or services, and work with sales channel partners; 80% of selling is remote via WebEx, with occasional road trips to various sales territories throughout the nation.
The Sr. Software Sales Manager for mobility software sales will be responsible for the North America market. S/he will create, implement, and execute new business sales objectives for a team of approximately 6 - 10 sales representatives.

Directly responsible for achieving defined sales growth on the portfolio and determining strategic needs & opportunities while minimizing risks, for the portion of the portfolio of accounts directly managed.
Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability; implementation and execution of sales initiatives; forecasts staffing needs and develops a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas together with the Boutique Manager.
