Responsible for developing solutions to business problems, operational area consulting, systems and data architectures, project management and implementation evaluation. Maintain knowledge of current information technology and business requirements in order to recommend solutions consistent with company and departmental objectives.
Develop and manage business analysis phase/stage plans (i.e., major activities, activities, tasks, milestones, schedule, resource allocation); lead and direct small, medium and large business line teams in medium to large projects.
Understanding information from disparate data sources in order to provide accurate data to product managers, pricing, and GSS for installed base demographics, refresh rates, and key leading business indicators.
The Business Analyst will also be responsible for the department vendor contracting, management and oversight to ensure all services are delivered and completed at a high quality and in a timely manner.
Collaborates with team to develop project plans and schedules for the business analysis effort. Communicates project status, both internally and externally, to keep the project team informed of progress.
Develop user test plans and support their execution to ensure that requirements and quality objectives are satisfied for product owners. Provide clarification concerning business requirements throughout project execution.
This position is responsible for hands on solution architecture, delivery, and ongoing management of the Human Resources (HR) and Payroll (PY) functions using SAP application suites - ECC, CATS, SuccessFactors, and Business Intelligence (BI), and various HR.
