The Analyst will analyze and interpret policies including but not limited to HS compensation plans for faculty and MSP staff physicians, travel reimbursement, and expense reimbursement (PayAuth); will fully analyze problems that may arise, gather data, find and evaluate alternate solutions and make final recommendations.
Ability to retrieve and extract data from unstructured data sources in order to compile and synthesize key data. Ability to efficiently develop thorough and intuitive analyses, and draw and communicate reasonable, accurate, and defendable conclusions.
The Business Project Analyst supports the Project Management Office by assisting in gathering business requirements, preparing documentation, developing project plans, and monitoring progress. The Business Analyst will assist and/or lead small to medium sized moderately complex projects, crossing multiple business units, with a shorter timeline.
Identify and analyze business problems and defines the scope of activities required to address the issues, including requirement definition, process review, impact assessment and operational streamlining where appropriate.
In this role, you will work directly with all interested parties to document functional and technical requirements that meet business needs, provide creative solutions, as well as conduct analysis and define business cases related to the implementation of new solutions.
