In this role, you will help customers in the implementation and validation of new methods in their laboratories. Other customer service activities will include an outstanding technical support and the structured collection of customer feedback.
Responsibilities may include irrigation technical training for distributors, assistance in merchandising, developing and expanding markets, etc. You are responsible for forecasting and providing input to the Landscape division on competitive information and market trends.
Provides in-service support and on-going liaison with customers; report on all pertinent activities in their territory, which includes market trends and perceptions, competitive activity and opportunities/obstacles.
