The Systems Administrator serves with the NGA IT/IS Compute Services Data Center Support Team, providing systems administration, integration, the establishing of new user accounts, assigning privileges; establishing and updating procedures and documentation; and providing direct customer support on all Data Center Operational Systems.
The Systems Administrator will conduct system problem diagnosis and troubleshooting, submitting problem reports for site, calling in for daily meetings, keeping Site Lead, IAs, and key management informed with any site issues at all times. The System Administrator will work in a multi-team environment supporting all technical issues on site.
