The Designed Structures and Solutions (DSS) Business Unit at PolyOne has an exciting opportunity for the right individual to lead a team of motivated sales professionals who are focused on driving profitability and sustaining growth for our plastic sheet, rod, and tube products and services.
This position focuses on effective leadership of field sales associates across 6 regions, execution of sales strategy and objectives, and engagement of internal and external stakeholders in the business.
The Regional Agronomy Manager oversee the agronomic operations at our Missouri, Texas, and Louisiana operations, ensuring that we are producing high yielding and top quality crops. This role will lead and execute agronomic strategies for these locations, while providing technical expertise.
In this role, you would be expected to provide day-to-day leadership through the management of schedule, resources, and requirements leveraging a consistent deployment framework for all relevant business processes.
This individual will work closely with the Construction Sales Manager, National Accounts Managers, and Regional Account Managers for support and/or direction while building sales across all sub-verticals within the construction sales channel.
Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategies for the practice, including operational strategies and procedures, marketing strategies and pricing strategies, and sales and customer retention strategies. Must be able to maximize profit and billable hours on projects and achieve the stated targets and standards for financial performance.
The Region Territory Manager will work in an account team structure and will partner with the Regional Reimbursement Managers, Inside Sales Reps, Medical Science Liaisons, and others within the team to position the product(s) for fast uptake in the ophthalmology market.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for determining the overall strategic direction, including the financial performance, of its assigned territory in meeting and/or exceeding its annual targets.
