The Senior Account Manager is responsible for ensuring territory revenue and profitability growth by maintaining business in existing accounts, while developing and implementing sales plans for assigned customers and prospect accounts.
Effectively supervise and evaluate the staff assigned to their group. Identify actions that need to occur and make recommendations to the leadership team on staffing (e.g. job assignments, hiring, terminations and corrective action).
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building the presence of the company in a defined geography with identified existing and new accounts. Reporting to the Director of Sales you will contribute to drive our double-digit growth.

Develop sales tools, including product demonstration presentations, application notes, educational webinar recordings, and technical documentation. Conduct sales training programs to cover products and related applications for customers and manufacturers representatives.
The Sales and Service Manager is responsible for supervising branch employees and interviews, selects and trains new employees, sets and adjusts pay rates and work hours, directs daily work, monitors and implements compliance measures, administrates discipline , evaluates performance and makes hiring and termination recommendations .
