The Regional Sales Manager's (RSM) responsibility will be the development and management of a designated region and the personnel within the region with a goal of maximizing product promotion through customer engagement.

The Region Territory Manager will work in an account team structure and will partner with the Regional Reimbursement Managers, Inside Sales Reps, Medical Science Liaisons, and others within the team to position the product(s) for fast uptake in the ophthalmology market.
The Regional Reimbursement Manager (RRM) will be a direct liaison between the reimbursement HUB, sales, and customers. Successful performance will include ensuring execution of the Market Access Reimbursement strategy for the providers that provides fair and consistent payment, and removing barriers in the overall reimbursement process.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with Marketing and Product management to develop, evaluate and implement growth opportunities including market share gains and new products and services.
The new director will be responsible for short and long term sales strategy, budgeting, planning, and marketing for the entire region. The successful candidate will be a high energy sales and marketing executive capable of developing significant new business from existing customers and new customers.
