In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading, implementing and delivery of Human Resources strategies, policies, and services that create, support and sustain the plant operations.
As a Human Resources Manager (HRM), you will manage all aspects of the Human Resources Department in coordination with the Regional Human Resources Director and the Corporate Human Resources/Payroll Department.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for development of all human resources activities related to employee relations, compensation, recruitment, training, benefits administration and employee services, according to division objectives and government regulations.
In this role, the selected candidate will proactively develops business relationships with end users and stakeholders and becomes a trusted and valued business partner; provide value-added PMO functions by partnering with stakeholders and driving business cases from concept to full system and application solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for collaborates with finance, legal, human resources leaders, and others as needed to ensure co-worker relations processes and solutions are effectively vetted and integrated and to help drive and implement change management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in employee engagement/relations, workforce planning, and driving process improvements. You should have a track record of supporting sales organizations and field employees.
