The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for determining the overall strategic direction, including the financial performance, of its assigned territory in meeting and/or exceeding its annual targets.
The sales team delivers solutions to the food and beverage sector that improves customer operations and efficiency, improves food safety and product quality and contributes to enhancing sustainability initiatives.
This individual will work closely with the Construction Sales Manager, National Accounts Managers, and Regional Account Managers for support and/or direction while building sales across all sub-verticals within the construction sales channel.
Consistently meet or exceed sales invoicing quotas (Margin and MRR) by identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities; apply consultative sales approach to grow the customer base and drive higher revenues, customer growth and customer retention.
