In this role, the selected candidate will ensure diverse sourcing channels are used to support organizational recruiting goals; documents current processes and supports continuous improvement process for the sourcing process.

Identify cost effective and proactive recruitment strategies/campaigns for recruitment of employees including direct email, advertising, social media, state/national organizations, national internet sites, etc.
The contractor shall provide program and technical support at the 26 Navy Recruiting Districts to accommodate program analysis requirements, tracking the execution of various functions and coordinating program planning efforts.
In this role, you will contribute to the Permanent Placement department by filling permanent placement reqs from branches in the region as well as building your own desk by targeting organizations in the market and filling those positions with high quality talent that have proven accomplishments.
The Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruitment process in order to provide quality service to small and medium sized clients through the effective selection and placement of candidates for client vacancies.
