The chosen candidate will be responsible for Test Engineering and planning, scheduling, coordinating and implementing new product performance and reliability tests on elevator systems, mechanical and electro-mechanical components.
Responsible for higher level product line architecture, and providing guidance and oversight to multiple development teams working on different products or technologies to ensure the technologies interoperate or connect to each other appropriately.
Management responsibilities include supervision of design and drafting staff, coordination with clients and associates, and organization of design and construction administration activities to meet established schedules and budgets.
Perform a wide variety of tasks including (but not limited to) circuit card design, test bench design, performing electronics system troubleshooting, and developing and executing tests for several flight critical avionics systems.
Act as a conduit between vendors and the manufacturing floor to ensure timely implementation of new product injection molds, processes, fixtures and associated machinery, and other new methods and equipment.
This position is responsible for creating, duplicating, and re-engineering basic to complex electrical schematic and layout drawings and drawing packets of industrial control panels and associated equipment for automation and drive systems. Design systems from performance related specifications and/or concepts.
The Machine Design Engineer will develop plans for special machines and automated processes while working with the customer to conceptualize, mechanically design, develop operational profiles and oversee the fabrication of specialized machinery and automated processes.
